Antichi Sapori is a unique culinary workshop inspired by the owners’ deep-rooted passion for the authentic traditions of Romagna. In this welcoming and intimate setting, guests are invited to experience the art of handmade pasta through engaging, hands-on classes.

Guided by expert local knowledge, participants will learn to prepare some of the region’s most iconic specialties, including tagliatelle, passatelli, tortelli, and more. Each step of the process reflects time-honoured techniques passed down through generations.

At the end of the workshop, guests can take home the fruits of their work—freshly prepared pasta crafted with their own hands.
